Terms of Service

By sending a request, you have acknowledged and agreed to the following terms


GENERAL
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────🔸I have the right to reject your commission🔸The character must be owned by you🔸You must have permission from your reference model artist prior to starting the commission if you are getting a 1:1 model🔸Do not use the model for far right or extreme views that garner hate for another group of people. Doing so will result in revoking the license usage for the model. I do not condone extremist or vicious content creation with the usage of my model.🔸Credit must be given to me “TheCouncil” once commission has been completed within primary debut /showcase post and within bio or credit section🔸Using my works as NFTS, AI training, model generation, or anything associated with AI is strictly prohibited and will result in the withdrawal of your rights to use the model.🔸Please provide a minimum of one character reference sheet, preferably one that is 2 or 3 point perspective. If you only have the front view of your model, do note that this can result in design inconsistencies and a longer time to model. I will be contacting you for any details in regards to design elements not seen in the reference or areas that I do not understand.🔸I withhold the right for portfolio usage🔸Do not resell my work without consent [PERMISSION REQUIRED PER MODEL]



PAYMENTS
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────🔸Payment must be paid in full before I begin or as an agreed upon payment plan🔸For total payments equal to or above £100, payments can be split up into several installments, with the minimum being £50 per payment.🔸For total payments under the amount of £1,000, I do not accept payment plans that extend beyond one year (365 days).🔸If there is a payment plan in place, the timing for when installments are due and the specific amount per installment is open for discussion.🔸For large amounts, please ensure that you are able to commit to the full payment before commissioning.



REVISIONS
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────🔸I accept several revisions throughout the blockout stage* (the model will not look like the final result at this moment in time)🔸If there are any concerns with how the model looks at this point, please do not hesitate to bring it up with me.🔸After the blockout version of the model has been completed, I will proceed with refining the model and adding detail. This will be the final point at which revisions can be accepted for this section of the process.🔸Maximum of 3 major revisions per stage of modelling (modelling -> texturing -> finalisation). More than 3 revisions will incur a charge🔸Do note that this excludes any errors or bugs in the model



DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────🔸Model files will not be provided until total payment of model has been made🔸At most your model will take 3-6 months (dependant on complexity, additions, etc)🔸If you need a commission completed by a deadline please notify me of this. I charge extra for rush fees and require 2 weeks notice prior. Do note that the faster you need the model (if it is a rush order) the more I will charge.🔸It is the client's responsibility to notify me of any changes or errors in the model during the testing period. Support for the model will no longer be available after 3 weeks of receiving the final model🔸Files will be deleted after a period of 1-3 months (can be sooner) after the commission process is completed. Please ensure you download files prior to this. A notice will be given to clients when files are to be removed.



USE
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────🔸Do not use the model for far right or extreme views that garner hate for another group of people. Doing so will result in revoking the license usage for the model. I do not condone extremist or vicious content creation with the usage of my model.🔸I do not consent for my work to be used for sexually explicit media🔸I do not consent for my work to be edited for NSFW purposes🔸Using my works as NFTS, AI training, model generation, or anything associated with AI is strictly prohibited and will result in the withdrawal of your rights to use the model.🔸Do not resell my work without consent [PERMISSION REQUIRED PER MODEL]



REFUNDS
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────🔸No refunds if the model has been made beyond the base blockout point🔸If for any reason I am unable to complete your commission I will provide a partial or full refund on a case by case basis🔸If a full refund has been requested after model completion, model files will be deleted and I withhold the right for portfolio usage (case by case basis)🔸No refund can be given for completed works



COMMUNICATION
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────🔸Contact will primarily be done via Discord or VGen during business hours.🔸I aim to update you bi-weekly (once every 2 work weeks) or when a major milestone has been reached.🔸A Trello board is also used for clients to track progress. In event of NDA this will not be publicly available for others to view. Do note that DM's are updated first -> Trello

Turnaround times vary due to intensive chronic migraines and work-life balanceIf in the event that I require an extension for any means, you will be notified of any changes.
